*AUM is as of 6/30/2024 and is defined as total committed capital managed by all Treville Capital Group affiliates (inclusive of co-lender commitments). Treville Capital Group consists of (i) Treville Capital Management LLC ("Treville"), a registered investment adviser, which serves as the investment manager of the Asset-Based Credit and Capital Solutions strategies and (ii) Crossbeam Venture Partners("Crossbeam"), an exempt reporting adviser, which serves as the investment manager for the venture capital strategy. Treville investor commitments account for $1.98 billion and co-lender commitments account for $225 million, while Crossbeam investor commitments account for $451 million. The remaining difference is attributable to legacy venture investments totaling $128 million, managed by an additional Treville Capital Group business.

Crossbeam is a joint venture between Treville Capital Group and Moelis Asset Management, LP (“MAM”). Crossbeam employees are employed by and under the compliance regime of MAM. Treville and Crossbeam maintain separate investment teams, track records and books and records.

Effective November 8th, 2024, CoVenture Holding Company, LLC, an alternative asset manager focused on asset-based credit and hybrid capital, is excited to announce its rebranding as Treville Capital Group LLC (the “Firm”).

Under its new branding, the Firm’s credit business, now Treville Capital Management LLC, will continue to focus on investing across asset-backed finance and other creative financing structures for growing companies seeking alternatives to traditional forms of debt or equity. The Firm’s venture capital arm, a joint venture with Moelis Asset Management, LP, will continue to operate under the Crossbeam Venture Partners brand.
